Q: Do I have to create an account to buy from you?
A: No. To purchase something from Her Next Smile, you do not need an account. Just add items to your basket as normal. If you want to save something until later, it is worth creating an account. It will take less than two minutes to create this for quicker checkout next time you shop with us! We will never use your details for our own benefit or share your information with any third party sources.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. We have no hidden charges and you will be able to choose your postage option before reaching the payment page. You can also view postage options and fees here.
Q: How long will items stay in my cart?
A: HNS works on a first come first serve policy and items will stay in your shopping basket for a maximum of one hour before being returned to the shop to give others a chance to buy them.
Q: What details do you require from competition entrants?
A: All we request is your name and email address. We don’t want to collect and store lists of addresses and phone numbers and we never will. Plus, if entrants move house before the prize is drawn, the winners prize could end up being sent to the new tenants of their old home and that doesn’t seem fair, does it?!
Q: How do you choose competition winners?
A: All entrants are included in a numbered spreadsheet list and we use a random number generator website to choose between the amount of entrants, with the generated numbers corresponding to the numbers in the spreadsheet.
Q: I won! How long do I have to claim my prize?
A: We give a maximum of 4 weeks after a competition closing date for you to respond to our email before we will post your prize or send your coupon code. After this time, you will receive a follow-up email to notify you that the competition prize winner(s) will be redrawn, giving someone else a chance to respond.
